At Progressive Choices, our goal is to help our individuals grow and develop the skills they seek to live more enriched lives. Our partnership with providers and employers provide our individuals with real world experience, giving them a sense of accomplishment and boosting their self-esteem. They also provide a source of income, further helping our participants develop independence and pride in their work. We have multiple programs and we work with our individual’s team to find out the best fit for them.

Did You Know…
Nearly 3% of the Southern Nevada population is diagnosed with one or more forms of intellectual disability. Examples of these disabilities include but are not limited to Down Syndrome, Autism Spectrum Disorder , and Cerebral palsy. mental retardation and other related intellectual deficiencies.

How it Ties All Together
Since these individuals are employed through Progressive Choices, Inc. the burden of costs related to hiring and the employee benefits are handled and absorbed through Progressive Choices. As well as all liability and Workers Compensation Insurances for these employees are the responsibility of Progressive Choices, Inc.
