About Us
Progressive Choices was founded in a collaborative effort by Chief Executive Officer-Michelle Gerard, Chief Financial Officer-Bob Hogue and Board member-Kim Hogue in 1997. Having worked in the field of mental health support with a combined experience and education of over 50 years , they saw a dire need for vocational training programs in Clark county Nevada. From there the three members enlisted the help of friends and family with similar values, and PCI remains a family run business to this day. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we strive to empower every individual with the skills necessary to succeed in the work place. Our programs offer vocational training and job coaching services lead by a dedicated team of trusted and qualified professionals.
