Supported Competitive Employment for individuals with developmental disabilities is a process used by employers to ensure the success of people with these disabilities. Employers can accommodate workers without the trepidation that a job may not get done or training will be prolonged.

 Progressive Choices provides a coach/trainer who has been exposed to, and performed in an abundance of scenarios from workplaces and job sites. They are well versed in common psychiatric disabilities as well as nearly all entry level requirements to help relieve the burden of prolonged training. They will provide and arrange accommodations that are least restrictive to the employer and the business as a whole.
